Celebrating the People Who Make Rancho Cañada Special

Our school is made up of so many dedicated individuals who work together every day to create a positive, welcoming, and supportive environment for our students. From the classroom to the front office, playground, cafeteria, and beyond, every staff member plays an important role in our school community. During Staff Appreciation Weeks, the PTA invites Rancho Cañada families to help us recognize and thank the people who make our school such a special place.

How Can Families Participate?

There are many simple ways to show your appreciation:

• Write a heartfelt thank-you note or card.

• Have your student create a drawing or special message.

• Let a staff member know how they have made a difference in your child's day.

• Encourage your child to say "thank you" when they see a staff member around campus.

• Share appreciation with not only your child's teacher, but any Rancho Cañada staff member who has made an impact on your family.

A Week of Appreciation

The PTA coordinates special activities and surprises throughout Staff Appreciation Weeks to let our staff know just how much they are valued. These celebrations are made possible through the support of our Rancho Cañada families and PTA community. While this special week gives us an opportunity to celebrate together, appreciation doesn't have to stop here! A simple thank-you, kind note, or thoughtful gesture can make a meaningful difference any time of year.
